My husband and I recently purchased a home and two weeks after moving in we had our kitchen sink backup. Cregger was able to come out the same day to snake it. However, they discovered our kitchen line had broken and that our basement would need to be ripped up to replace the pipe. They were extremely informative and encouraged us to get additional quotes elsewhere to make sure we were comfortable before moving forward with the repair. Once we were ready they were able to get us in the same week. Dave and his assistant were both very professional, answered all of my questions, and kept me informed throughout the project. We will definitely use Cregger again in the future and highly recommend them.
