Edit; Yes the fence was finally replaced several months later and I am happy now. Please in the future, try harder contacting all property's affected by your work. Emergencies are unforeseeable, but leaving adjoining owners in the dark about damages can be avoided. I still have to come out of my own pocket to replace the grass that was ruined. I should not have been affected by this at all, and since I have been, I should be made whole without hesitation.

I had them install a tankless water heater and they do really nice work and are very fairly priced. It's nice to see a contractor that takes the time to explain how the job is going to be performed (where they'll mount the unit, where pipes will be routed, etc.). They also offered to do the job in either pex or copper I chose copper to match the existing plumbing. The pipes were all run parallel to each other and everything was tucked away neatly close to the wall where nobody will run into them. Very satisfied.

Driving down EC Row expressway, I was behind one of their company vehicles. Not only was the passenger smoking in the car (which is against the law, nonetheless), they littered it AND bounced it right off my windshield. VERY unprofessional and ignorant. They also were speeding and not using turn signals. If how they drive and behave on the road reflects what their service is like, I'd recommend taking your business elsewhere.
