It did not take him long to know that I needed a new garbage disposal. I ask Kevin about my faucet which was loose and if he could fix it and how much would it cost me. Kevin took a look and said yes I can fix it and it will not cost you anything. Kevin also inform me to never be afraid to ask your technician question about any other problems I may have and if it is an easy fix, normal it will not cost an additional charge. Kevin fix my disposal and faucet in less than 15 minutes. His service was outstanding and he went over and beyond his duty. Thank you Kevin Dake for all you have done for me today.
