Decent work on what I hired them to do, but they gave an inflated price and also destroyed my sprinkler system and will not honor their guarantee.Update - shortly after posting this review, I got a call from Ken at Tipping Hat. He scheduled a sprinkler expert to come out the next day. This guy, Randy (from Colorado Lawn and Landscape, I think?) diagnosed and fixed the issues in about 2 or 3 hours. Tipping Hat paid the bill. Still not happy about the cost of the main part of the work, or the number of times I had to deal with their folks who had no clue about sprinkler systems. But at least they did good work on the plumbing and eventually honored their guarantee.I increased my rating from 1 to 3.

Go elsewhere. Did work that we didn't authorize, asked for clarification, without explanation, immediately threatened with a property lien. Waiting on invoice so I can pay him and he can stop sending angry emails. I hope he stops sending them once he's paid at least. Plumbing was good though. So there's that.

We just had a pipe burst in our house at 3:30 in the morning. I called hoping to get someone to at least tell us how to shut the water off and James was so helpful. We couldn't get anyone out but he saved us from flooding our crawl space and causing more damage just by walking us through how to turn off the water.
