It only took them one day to completely remove all of the old galvanized steel, and replace it all with PEX and copper. This wasn't a small endeavor, and I'm so glad I decided to pull the trigger on it. Everything in the crawlspace looks organized and intentional. And most of the exposed material in the house is copper. Looks great. Plus, throughout the whole process, Will would keep me up-to-date with progress and provide insight into what the team was working on, or any snags that came up. I also have to mention that their dispatch team would always contact me before anyone would show up to make sure I was home and expecting an arrival. Also, incredibly friendly! Little things like that really do go a long way.Payment options are flexible too. I was able to put a percent down on completion of the project, then finance the remaining balance over 18 months, 0% APR. Excellent stuff, especially for big renovation projects like this.All-in-all, Golden West provides top-tier services across the board.
