Great Work Chad! Our AC suddenly stopped working so we called Time on a Sunday morning. Chad asked me a couple of questions to get an idea of what the issue might be, and then he arrived, found and fixed the issue in my outside AC fuse panel quickly and got our AC working again saving us from the 88 degree temperature outside.

Chad was very polite, clearly explained the issue and why it had occurred, and gave us a quote for the work, which is exactly what the final bill came in at - no surprises.

Chad also performed a courtesy inspection of our main power panel and let us know of a loose connection which he recommended we take care of and, per our request, gave us a very reasonable estimate to correct that issue.
