Loveed their work and personality! My water heater stopped working on a Sunday and late in the afternoon at that🙄 of course I called a couple of companies provided by google and weren't even trying to help much less come out here. Luckily I found Simpson Water Heater Repair!! Not only were they very responsive but was willing to help me right away. Him and his son showed up within the hour of speaking with him. Worst experience ever. Tried to hire them and the lady who said she was the owner, Mrs. Watkins, hung up on me, called me back 3 times and hung up on me over and over. Not very professional when I'm trying to give them business.
