I was more than pleasantly surprised with the service I received from High 5.
Beginning with my initial phone call to their office on a Saturday morning, to the same-day installation of our new water heater, the company was a pleasure to work with.
Jose was our plumber and he did an excellent job! He was pleasant and professional from the moment he came into our home. He took the time to listen and answer all my questions, and was very knowledgeable with the current Codes and helpful in explaining all our repair options which he showed in writing before starting. He assured me that he would be able to complete the project in a few hours which he did which meant we were still able to enjoy the rest of our afternoon. He was respectful of our home and kept it and his work area clean. He even spent time after the initial project to go over some other questions and concerns I had regarding other plumbing areas in our home. Should we decide to go forward with any of those other projects, we’ll look to High 5 first for pricing and if we choose High 5, I’ll definitely ask if Jose is available to do the work!

Very honest, fair company. They showed up early, and completed the job in a timely matter. Ernesto was very friendly and nice to work with. Their price was outstanding and did not gouge me. We've awarded Lorenzo from Plumb Tech two jobs at a small apartment building we own (6 units). In 2015 he re-plumbed the entire building from one system into 3, so that in the future if we had issues with one unit we wouldn't have to shut water off to all units. He did this work while our units were filled, with minimal impact on our tenants, and his team was fantastic. As a very involved (female) owner, they never made me feel like a nuisance for asking questions or watching over the work, and they always took the time to fill me in on what it was they were doing. This year Lorenzo helped get us through a corroded sewer line in one unit, again with minimal impact on tenants and tolerating lots of pestering questions from me. If you're looking for the cheapest plumber around, he's not your guy. But if you want a master plumber who will answer your calls; who will show up to assess problems; who will fit your project in no matter how pressing his calendar; who be respectful; who maintains a responsible staff; and who will be fair on pricing - then you definitely want Lorenzo.
