I had used another plumbing company for years but was getting tired of their impersonal approach when I was dealing with them. When it came time for sewer repair on the new house I called James based on all these great reviews. I am not disappointed as he came out instead of just sending a technician. After scoping the line he brought up some options and I got the entire line replaced for a little more than the repair would have been. While completing the work his guys removed the cover on an outside electrical outlet. When James came by later he put the cover back on. Attention to the little things didn't go unnoticed. Customer service A+ James.

This company came to service a water heater through my warranty company. They charged me $40 more than the contracted service call fee, the guy entered my home with a lit cigarette. And he was clearly going through my basement asking about items I had and if I wanted to sell them When I messaged a day later with some issues, i never received a response. My warranty company has stated they never submitted for approval.
And now 2 years later I had to replace the hot water heater because this guy installed the other wrong and did not install all the parts. Parts melted. Do not hire this guy.
