Really horrible company. The workers will lie to you to get you to pay...and then not come back. Don't use them for anything!!!! The owner is rude and mean.....they also charge you three times what others would...do your research first!!!!!

Chris was on time and was able to diagnose my HVAC issues. He clearly laid out the steps needed to resolve and whatever options I had available. Interacting with both Chris and the administrative staff was pleasant and I would recommend Golden West to anyone.*5/1 Update: Jason came out to complete the repair after a delay on my end. He did a great job on the repair and I'm up and running again. Golden West was also able to fit in inspections on a number of my neighbor's units on short notice. Great job all around, thanks so much all!
