the technician came out to tune up our AC, he was prompt, thorough and explained everything very clearly. We have been very happy with Horizon!!

Swan installed the system in 2020. They have been hired to come out and perform the annual maintenance. The usual $40 on special checkup is $99 now. Their report consists of a bunch of photos (no written info) showing the install job they did and them asking for $900 - 3500 to clean the furnace and ducts. I will probably go with a different company in the future and hopefully at least get a report on how the furnace is running. They didn't even report on how the furnace is functioning. The lack of information for the $99 service is really disappointing.
