I had a problem with my Ring doorbell not working. JJ Graham provided excellent service. He worked to get the power restored to the doorbell and came back the next day to install a new Ring doorbell, that I purchased, as the old one was faulty. There were difficulties in getting the video to work and he stayed until everything was working perfectly. He was thorough, and worked diligently to make sure everything was working properly. Thank you Tipping Hat for sending JJ. He was great.
