Jason was amazing... it was around 5pm on Saturday night! We had been working all day on braking down our saltwater tank and had hooked up the hose to rinse it out. Water was shooting out everywhere so I decided that I better check the crawl space to make sure nothing was leaking. And boy am I glad I did. We had a puddle of water, but it wasn't all from the hose. Apparently our drainage pipe from our kitchen sink was cracked and had been leaking, for who knows how long into the crawl space! I immediately called a plumbing company and they couldn't get anyone to the house until Monday at noon, so I called another company and got the same answer. I saw Iron plumbing and thought well it's worth a shot and Jason answered! I explained the situation and he told me that he was in Brighton...we live in Littleton!..but he would head out to us as soon as he possibly could. I felt a wave of relief pour over me. I figured it was going to cost me an arm and a leg so I asked how much and his response was extremely reasonable and perfectly affordable. When he got here and found out that not only was the drainage pipe cracked in not just one spot but two, he also discovered our hose pipe had frozen and cracked also! He went right to work and he worked so hard! For hours! He had everything he needed to do the repairs. He was such a kind man and he really cared about us and our situation. He stayed well past midnight to ensure that we had the ability to have running water in the morning. He was very professional and extremely kind and generous...honestly we have been so stress doing a house remodel and breaking down a 90 gallon saltwater tank so we can get new flooring I really think I may have cracked if he hadn't come to rescue us! Thank you Jason! You did an amazing job for a very reasonable price! And we will always remember you coming to help us. We have your number on lock now and we definitely will be using your skills again.. if I could give you more than 5 stars I would.

Absolute worst customer service ever!! I was never kept informed of the progress of my job. I had to keep calling to get updates. I was given dates and times of work to be done and NOTHING was done when I was told it would be done. The guy taking out my old tub showed up very late and then put the tub in my yard and told me his truck was full and that he would be back the next day to pick it up for disposal. It sat in my yard for 3 weeks until we finally had to dispose of it ourselves!! After many phone calls and promises that it would be done! Lost total trust in this company and Tony's word, decided to go with someone else to do install. Then when I ran into problems with install because of the jet tub I bought from Tony he refused to help us finish this mess!!! Hope I can save someone from our nightmare!!!

Gave a good price for a new water heater and install. Came in super professional and did a great job! No more leak and our water works amazing! We been a a repeat customer and will continue to be one!

Ryan is great! This company really cares about the customer. When I initially called a week ago even emergency appts were four days out, and I had a tub faucet that had a stream leak so I had to call another company that was able to come that day. Without doing anything at all they told me it was the cartridge and would cost me $680 to replace it. I felt like I was being taken advantage of as I do know that cartridges for my faucet cost on average $25 so I ordered it online. The new one didn't stop the leak so I tried Green Plumbing Solutions again and got to talk to Ryan. I explained to him what I had gone through with the other company but had originally wanted to use Green Plumbing and that I still had a major leak. It was Wednesday and I had to make an appt for Friday because they were booked solid but I wanted to use them so I was willing to wait. Ryan called me back and offered to stop by Thursday morning in between jobs to take a look and see if he could stop the leak so i wouldn't have to wait until Friday. Unfortunately it needed a different part that Ryan offered to pick up from a warehouse that was on his way from another job on Friday before my actual appt. Ryan went above and beyond to deliver awesome service! Leak is fixed and at a very affordable price! I will definitely be using Green Plumbing Solutions and Ryan for all my future plumbing needs.
