Our water shutoff valve to the house was a gate valve that broke during a tile project and the newly installed toilet supply turn stop had a defect. The slow leak started overnight and by 6am the water had soaked through the bathroom floor and the ceiling of the garage. James took the call bright and early and was able to get Ryan out the same day. They quoted 2-4pm and James called to provide a heads up 30 min prior to Ryan's arrival. Ryan was professional, knowledgeable and did a great job installing two new ball valves (yay!) and a new turn stop for the toilet supply pipe.
