got a new furnace and AC. The AC was initially installed on a pad placed on loose river rock on a slight incline (like that would remain in place). After calling they came out, leveled the ground a bit and put the pad on the dirt. They warranty sounded great but need to pay for annual maintenance. The maintenance doesn't include replacing filters (which seems odd) and no surprise, additional work is recommended.
