Fantastic experience with this company and its technician Scott. Our evaporative cooler broke in July, and when our previous service company recommended an expensive replacement, we called JD's for a second opinion. They scheduled us quickly, and Scott efficiently identified the problem. He got the cooler working again for a few hundred dollars in parts instead of upselling us on a replacement. He even worked on his day off to make sure we didn't have to spend another day roasting in July heat. I will definitely be calling JD's again and asking for Scott - it's great to work with real professionals.

Ryan is great! This company really cares about the customer. When I initially called a week ago even emergency appts were four days out, and I had a tub faucet that had a stream leak so I had to call another company that was able to come that day. Without doing anything at all they told me it was the cartridge and would cost me $680 to replace it. I felt like I was being taken advantage of as I do know that cartridges for my faucet cost on average $25 so I ordered it online. The new one didn't stop the leak so I tried Green Plumbing Solutions again and got to talk to Ryan. I explained to him what I had gone through with the other company but had originally wanted to use Green Plumbing and that I still had a major leak. It was Wednesday and I had to make an appt for Friday because they were booked solid but I wanted to use them so I was willing to wait. Ryan called me back and offered to stop by Thursday morning in between jobs to take a look and see if he could stop the leak so i wouldn't have to wait until Friday. Unfortunately it needed a different part that Ryan offered to pick up from a warehouse that was on his way from another job on Friday before my actual appt. Ryan went above and beyond to deliver awesome service! Leak is fixed and at a very affordable price! I will definitely be using Green Plumbing Solutions and Ryan for all my future plumbing needs. Best ever. Came out quickly and replaced our sump pump quickly. Cleaned up everything. So professional! Will use them for any plumbing services in the future.
