Beginning with my initial phone call to their office on a Saturday morning, to the same-day installation of our new water heater, the company was a pleasure to work with.
Jose was our plumber and he did an excellent job! He was pleasant and professional from the moment he came into our home. He took the time to listen and answer all my questions, and was very knowledgeable with the current Codes and helpful in explaining all our repair options which he showed in writing before starting. He assured me that he would be able to complete the project in a few hours which he did which meant we were still able to enjoy the rest of our afternoon. He was respectful of our home and kept it and his work area clean. He even spent time after the initial project to go over some other questions and concerns I had regarding other plumbing areas in our home. Should we decide to go forward with any of those other projects, we’ll look to High 5 first for pricing and if we choose High 5, I’ll definitely ask if Jose is available to do the work!

This company is phenomenal they sent a master plumber who was prompt, professional and even took the time to explain why and what needed to be done to correct the issue and bring it up to code.

Time Plumbing, Heating & Electric came out today to fix our son's shower. They gave me a window of time, called ahead to let me know the estimated arrival time and came within that time frame. Wesley was polite, put on protective booties and fixed the problem promptly. He went above and beyond to clean up the bathroom.
