Needed a new sink, faucet, and soap dispenser installed. Called on a Saturday morning and Justin arrived within hours. Went from a two drain to single drain with garbage disposal moved to new drain. Lots of glued plastic piping with nothing but connections and no screwed connections. Justin did an amazing job helping explain everything that needed to happen and what he was doing throughout the process. He proved several options every step of the way. He was extremely patient and friendly the entire 5-6 hours he was here. There were a few unexpected issues and he handled them extremely professionally. He went above and beyond to do some final touches to bring it all together. Very pleased with the final result! Would definitely recommend them and will be calling them for all future plumbing needs!

Technician came to start up my swamp cooler for the summer and told me that the motor wouldn't turn on. He told me he could replace the motor for $698. He refused to give me an itemized estimate with a breakdown of parts/labor. I declined and was expecting to pay the trip charge of $49, but then he added an additional diagnostic fee of $70. I was skeptical because the swamp cooler worked fine before it was winterized, so I had a different company come out, who had the entire unit running great within 10 minutes of arrival. The motor had not siezed, and was running fine. I spoke to the owner of Time, who gave me a full refund for the trip/diagnostic fee. 1 star due to the attempted fraud, and inconvenience of living in a hot house for a week.
