We had a water pipe burst, due to freezing temperatures, in our laundry room. Thomas offered to repair the pipe on the night of the burst, but we scheduled for early the next morning. He was in touch in the morning to keep me updated on his arrival time. He was professional, and offered sound advice on how to fix the problem and some updates to our plumbing lines. We took him up on his suggestions and added 2 shutoff values to isolate our laundry room and kitchen in case this happens again.
