I wanted to have a water softener installed in our house, and asked to get a quote. I was told to send them what water softener we wanted installed in order to get the most accurate quote, which I did. After this point, I never received a quote. I tried calling back 4 times over the course of 1.5 weeks, and the person who answered always said his technician was not responding to his requests for the quote.
