First, I was so pleased that Plumbline was able to accommodate the date I requested on a short notice. They kept me informed of the time window & names of the gentlemen that would be coming out to my house.Second, when Erik R. arrived he was thoughtful enough to cover his shoes with shoe protectors... which I told him there was no need to. He was very personable and went straight to work with my electrical problems. He took the time to explain to me in detail what my electrical problems were and what remedies I needed. He was willing to help me with the safest option that I was financially able to afford. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions. He took before and after pictures to explain/show the work he done. He was very knowledgeable and professional.Third, Josh came to service a separate issue I had the same day...a plumbing problem. He came in, accessed the problem and went straight to work. He knew exactly what the issue was and fixed it. What an expert he is.I appreciate the professionalism and expertise of Plumbline staff/employees.I would recommend any day.
