My experience with Simpson Home Services was EXCELLENT. My water heater went out on Monday morning. I posted the project to Thumbtack. A couple of providers responded back with the price of a new water heater without even diagnosing the problem. Charlie Simpson, on the other hand, contacted me and scheduled an appointment to come out inspect my water heater and identify the issue. He and his son Joe showed up promptly and determined that more likely than not the problem was a worn part that could be replaced to return the heater to service. The part was not readily available, but Charlie went above and beyond to track it down locally. And when I say locally, I mean way across town. The Simpsons went out of their way to pick up the part that next day, installed it, and had hot water returned to me by early Tuesday afternoon. In the end, their honesty and integrity saved me a staggering amount of money that a less reputable company would have gladly charged for water heater that I didn’t need. I highly and without reservation recommend Simpson Home Service.

I called this morning about a clogged toilet. Page answered & set up the appointment for between 1 & 5 PM. She was great ... a good listener & very helpful. Wesley was the professional who did the work. He called before coming and arrived at about 2:30. He asked good questions, assessed the problem and resolved the issue in just a few minutes. He gave great advice to help me avoid the same problem recurring. He is very knowledgeable, pleasant & you can tell that he's been doing this for a number of years.
