My technicians were Bob and Jose and they were both amazing and kind and honest. I am really glad I called them!! I had a leak that Got pretty bad and they fixed it within an hour and did A great job.

He answered responsively and came.We had hot water that night.My husband decided to just change our water heater so there will be no problem in the future and we called Mr Charlie and gave a quote, very reasonable quote.
The father and son team came and finished the job in few hours.
