You don’t want to leave water to chance as a home owner because it can be costly and potentially ruin your house and/or belongings. Omega looks at your plumbing very thoroughly to ensure you do not have any underlying issues and they resolve the problems that you called for originally. I highly recommend Omega!!

Charles is indeed friendly. And knowledgeable. He does what he says he is going to do and is proud of his work. We've had several jobs done and will call him again when the next project arrives. We've not tested all of the work but have confidence!

They took off their shoes without me asking, fixed the clog in the bathroom sink, and answered all my questions. I couldn’t be more pleased. As a bonus - it is a black owned business!

Beginning with my initial phone call to their office on a Saturday morning, to the same-day installation of our new water heater, the company was a pleasure to work with.
Jose was our plumber and he did an excellent job! He was pleasant and professional from the moment he came into our home. He took the time to listen and answer all my questions, and was very knowledgeable with the current Codes and helpful in explaining all our repair options which he showed in writing before starting. He assured me that he would be able to complete the project in a few hours which he did which meant we were still able to enjoy the rest of our afternoon. He was respectful of our home and kept it and his work area clean. He even spent time after the initial project to go over some other questions and concerns I had regarding other plumbing areas in our home. Should we decide to go forward with any of those other projects, we’ll look to High 5 first for pricing and if we choose High 5, I’ll definitely ask if Jose is available to do the work!

Sharone did a great job diagnosing and fixing a badly clogged toilet in Denver. He had to do quite a bit of work and different techniques to get it fixed. He is definitely a master plumber!

We had a simple fix that the city requested. I new it was simple, but needed it done correctly in a short time. I easily scheduled an appointment over the phone and Justin J. was dispatched for the work. He called with an estimated time of arrival, showed up on time, and completed the work in very quick order. Justin left the area clean and was very nice to work with. I would certainly use him again in the future.
