We had a backup that needed immediate attention and Mr. Rooter was here to fix our problem the following day. The job took several days and the staff at Mr. Rooter couldn't have been better. Mike was extremely responsive - was able to swing by my place to see what was going on the same day I called him. He was very forthright about what it might be - understanding that the location of my issue (a kitchen sink drain leak & blockage) might make it easy or might make it difficult depending on what he found once he got into the part of the wall to investigate the issue. Turns out it was easy and the total cost was even below what he originally quoted. He showed up on time and made quick work of the repair. Charlie absolutely went above and beyond to fix our boiler. He was determined to fix it so we wouldn’t have to pay thousands of dollars for a replacement. We appreciate his hard work and dedication and will definitely call him if we need anything else. Highly recommend!!!!!
