Had a basement shower (in a really bad DIY project previous to buying the house) that sprung a leak in a galvanized-to-copper junction. We reached out to Simpson Water Heater Repair with an emergency late in the day on a Friday, as our water heater was leaking in our basement and we had no idea what to do. Charlie and his son picked up their phone immediately, arrived at our house within an hour, made a short-term fix to ensure no further water damage would seep into our house, and gave us an honest assessment and fair quote for a new water heater. They were out the next day (a Saturday!) with a new water heater, which they had installed into our tight basement within two hours!
