I’ve used To the T Plumbing & Heating, for plumbing issues, several times. Yesterday, Max installed a new kitchen faucet for me. He was punctual, courteous, and efficient.

We had this guy come in to complete the installation of the water supply to the hot water heater which consisted of pipe welding 2 pipes that were already there to the water heater. He did a great job and was finished in about 15 minutes. They charged me $408.00 to do this work. Then to top it off they didnt run the card that I gave them until a later time of which there was no money in the account at the time, they didnt notify me until 2 months later that it was declined and now are threatening me to charge me the standard pricing of $719.00!!! What is this world coming to???
