My 5 ton air handler and heat pump went out. I called several companies to get an estimate. Some of the estimate were lower and some were higher. We decided to go with Cody and Son due to the relationship established by Jeff (service tech) and his ability to answer all the questions we had posed to him. Jeff and team (Juan, Jimmy, Franko and Katie the dispatcher) was above expectations. They communicated the timelines and expectations. The removal and installation exceeded expectations and prior issues with dampers were corrected my Jeff and his team. Great JOB Jeff and team!I replaced my second unit this week and went with Cody and Son. Again extremely pleased with their prior work and decided to be a repeated customer.Jeff and the rest of the service team excelled. Very pleased with the whole service team including Katie who scheduled the install and kept us informed. Great up front and honest company!
