Mark and crew have been really responsive and professional on our Master Bathroom shower installation of a Kohler DTV+ system and jets and steam shower unit and jetted tub. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BAIT AND SWITCH LYING COMPANY! On August 20 their technician arrived to fix a leak in my drain pan which had caused water spots on my ceiling. He told me that the drain lines needed cleaning and I needed a new drain pan. I showed him my guarantee and he said it did not cover the repair. But the form said they were supposed to call me to schedule an ac check. They never called me but when I called they disputed this with me. In the meantime their technician said the leak was fixed and that if I wanted a new drain pan it would be $325. The next morning I awoke to a hallway full of water. It had obviously not been fixed. I called them up and Steve Wilson himself said that the same drain pan would now be $475 because I had cussed out his employee. That is a complete lie. I merely complained that his man had not fixed the leak. This is classic bait and switch by Wilson Air conditioning.
