Logan Henson first met with me on a late afternoon to discuss and troubleshoot my electrical problems I had called about. After making a few fixes, he determined it would be best to return with an extra team member to complete the work in a timely fashion. He and Jeff Pennington returned punctually on the time we set and asked if I had any questions before they began. As earlier discussed, because some of the repairs were more extensive than first thought in a few areas, Logan made sure I was in agreement with any changes made in the cost to repair before doing so.
