The technicians and employees at Dallas Plumbing are professional and easy to work with. My technician was great, he explained everything, was on time, and made sure I was satisfied before leaving.Dealing with the employees at the parent company, Air Pros, was very dissatisfying and frustrating. So much so, I almost went with another company even though I had already paid for half of my service. It’s unfortunate that Air Pros bought so many companies they can’t deliver decent customer service.

He sent me a quote to plumb a new building on my property. The work included running a new water line to the building. After he started the work and it was time time to install the water line, he told me that he didn't have the cost to dig the trench in the quote. REALLY? Kicked him off the job. Very unprofessional. Stay away!!!

Allowed this company to come out for a quote they attempted to find an issue with my water pressure never identified the issue but attempted to bill me with no services rendered.
