Norris was prompt and professional, he entertained us with conversation while he repaired the plugged up drain line. He was very knowledgeable and shared information about our system with us so we could better understand the situation. He was a joy to have come out and work here and his abilities were standards for doing a great job are second to none! I hate to say it but we will be looking forward to the next time something goes wrong with out plumbing just to have the chance to be provided with such good service again as its to often these days you don't get good service for the money you pay and i was very pleased to pay this and get the fantastic service we just received. Jeremy Brown did an excellent job installing two new water heaters in a fourth floor attic! Thank goodness he had a strong helper for going up and down the stairs. Jeremy was polite and responsive and took some extra time at the end to teach me about water heater maintenance.
