If I could give them zero stars I would. I attempted to hire this company for plumbing issues that came about as a result of the extreme cold in Texas. I called on Wednesday 2/17 and scheduled an appointment for Saturday 2/20 between 1pm and 3pm. I received a call back a few hours after scheduling the appointment. The company was canceling my appointment because, in retrospect they “didn’t have time”. The appointment was rescheduled for Monday 2/22. On Friday 2/19, I received the following text message: “Hello! Our schedule is full. We will not able to provide service next week.” Yes, the full schedule should include my appointment. This is the most unprofessional group I have ever dealt with. I wouldn’t contact them again no matter how small the job. After expressing discontent over the missed appointments and the fact that I would post an appropriate review, the plumbing company actually texted the following to me. “ Not a problem! Everyone knows this is a stressful situation and it is sad you have a lack of compassion for the plumbing profession during this time.” Apparently NTX Plumbing lacks compassion for the people that attempt to hire them because help is needed. Pass this one up if you are looking for a professional plumber.
