After the Texas winter storm blackout fiasco, we were left without hot water. The general manager, Blake, saw my dilemma on social media and came to our rescue. He asked me questions about our current unit, and he said his firm could help us. It took a while to get our insurance adjuster out, but right after, I got in touch with Blake and he put us on the schedule then got back to me that they could do it the same day!
