PHS came out and completed the repair in 30 minutes and was able to show me and explain the repair and why it was repairable and didn’t need to be replaced. Ryan did a great job today and was extremely personable. He made sure to research all possible scenarios of what might be going on. I can’t remember the name of the technician who originally did the work a week or so ago but he was extremely nice as well. Just want to say thank you to all of you for jumping in and getting the work done so quickly. As you know it’s incredibly hot and my kiddos and I appreciate having the cool air!
