We were experiencing water leaking from an unknown source. Our carpets were getting soggy on the other side of the wall. I called Pure Plumbing and Daron was at our facility within the hour. He quickly found the source and fixed the problem. We had a faulty hot water heater that started to leak. I specifically asked for Daron because he is familiar with 2 of my facilities. Not only is he consistent, professional, knowledgeable and fast -- he's very patient when explaining the problem and going over the solution. I'm not a plumber so I REALLY appreciate him using layman's terms when explaining the process. The price is very reasonable, and the quality of the work is exceptional! Daron has repaired and installed fixtures in the past, but this time was an emergency and I'm SO grateful he was able to help us as quickly as he has. I will certainly keep PP on speed dial. Nice customer service

I did a google search for a friend in Dallas who needed plumbing service. I stumbled across Koen Plumbing company and had to give them a call on behalf of my friend. They gave a timeline to show up and fix the issue and they turned up as promised.

Poor service, poor quality, poor workmanship,no leadership, no accountability doesn’t have a clue what they are doing and always has an excuse of why it’s not done correctly. This is supposed to be a professional company with in-house repair personnel and everyone performing the work are sub-contractors. Sub-Par work with no quality or skills. Run do not hire them.
