The technicians and employees at Dallas Plumbing are professional and easy to work with. My technician was great, he explained everything, was on time, and made sure I was satisfied before leaving.Dealing with the employees at the parent company, Air Pros, was very dissatisfying and frustrating. So much so, I almost went with another company even though I had already paid for half of my service. It’s unfortunate that Air Pros bought so many companies they can’t deliver decent customer service.

Our technician was Herbert Berrios. He did an awesome job. He explained everything thoroughly. I do recommend Walker Air for your HVAC.
