Tom (Day & Night Plumbing) came to Rockport last Saturday evening and got our Navien tankless water heater producing hot water for us again. My husband and I were very grateful that we didn’t have to wait until Monday for the repair and we felt lucky that we got Tom’s name from another good plumber who wasn’t able to take on the job himself.

Tom is now our “go to” plumber. He knows what he’s doing plus he is conscientious, caring, and fair. Tom has a great attitude and, as a bonus, we felt comfortable having him in our home and liked him as a person. So glad we have this connection now!
