Best Routine Maintenance in Corpus Christi TX

I was told last year, after a system check, that l needed to replace my 8 yr old AC. I had a second opinion and was told it is working good. I have not had any problems with it. They emailed a huge estimate of 1000.00's of dollars to replace it.You be the judge.
