I called Graf plumbing to come over to my house and repair a slow draining tub and a loose commode. Victor solved the slow draining tub issue by removing a hair clog (Yuck) and when he removed the toilet bowl to level and tighten it up he found a flange that was too high from the floor. He lowered the flange and secured it under the house so it wouldn't happen again. This toilet has come loose from the floor two times and now we know why.

On the weekend, they identified the leak, dug it out, and repaired it in an hour! ONE hour! And Peter was friendly and knowledgable. He explained everything in a way I could really understand it! Really great company, I highly recommend!

I can't say another plumber would have come out stayed until the job was done even if that meant 9:30 or 10:00 pm and didn't add any extra charges to our bill. You came out got the job done. BAIT AND SWITCH con's we had two toilets replaced and work was done great! Nothing bad about the workmanship. After I paid the the invoice that stated everything done including the replacement of both toilets the office called me back to say they forgot to charge me for two toilets and I told her the invoice says I paid for two and I suggested they go to small claims court so I can show the judge my copy of the invoice. I would love to see the look on Judge Judy's face when I show her what they were trying to do. Im not sure what kind of scam they are trying to do. SMH

Worker came to fix a gas leak. During repair he broke the waterline connected to my water heater. But because it wasnt part of my home insurance he left it broken. While repairing the gas line worker he moved the water heater to reach behind it. Now the new plumber says he broke the water line on top of the water heater as well. Terrible service. They should repair the damage their worker made.

Such a scam, came over for 5 min, charged me $85, and didn't fix the issue..and left the water running, I eventually had to call the city for help. I called for status check but no answer!! Never again!!
