There was a tad bit of miscommunication on their side in the beginning. But I'll attribute that to how busy they have been after hurricane Harvey. Technician was very professional and quick at his job to diagnose the issue with our old/outdated HVAC system. Sales rep was also very professional, and helpful. Offered to help make sure we could keep the old unit running long enough to get the new one in. They showed up early (around 8ish) on the date of install. And they were able to get the job done it what appeared to be an efficient manner.

Worker came to fix a gas leak. During repair he broke the waterline connected to my water heater. But because it wasnt part of my home insurance he left it broken. While repairing the gas line worker he moved the water heater to reach behind it. Now the new plumber says he broke the water line on top of the water heater as well. Terrible service. They should repair the damage their worker made.
