Called Owen plumbing to come out to take a look at my toilet because there was water coming out from the base of the toilet. He looked at it very quickly and did not evaluate the toilet correctly. He went outside to my backyard where the clean out is located then ran a snake and left. I had to call the city. The city informed me nothing was backed up but that my wax ring needed to be replaced. I told him I paid 125$ for a plumber to come look at my toilet, but now I just want a refund because the plumber obviously did nothing to fix the problem.

Austin showed up way before we told that he was going to be here at the house. He did an excellent job on installing the sink faucet and that's why we always use Royal Plumbing to do our plumbing needs..

We woke up this morning with our main line busted and like any first time home owners we panicked. My wife contacted Mike and he told us he would be here as fast as he could and it was fast.
