Atlas Butler Heating & Cooling Plumber
Called to ask them about their availability and quote for a repair and got Michelle on 4/14. She was unbelievably rude and unhelpful in every way possible. I would NEVER use them after the way that she spoke to me and then just HUNG UP on me intentionally. I called back as I was shocked that she just hung up and asked to speak to a supervisor. She stated that she was the supervisor. If that is true your company is badly in need of some new leadership.

Diaz Remodeling LLC Plumber
We used Miguel and his crew for multiple rooms in our house. He has two more rooms to complete and can't wait to plan those. They do great work. I love each project.

The Handyman Plumber
Jeremy and Jenny do quality work at reasonable prices. They removed and replaced the trim around my patio door. They also replaced some rotted wood on the side of my garage. They sealed everything and painted the finished project. Woodpecker holes on my second story were also filled, sanded, and painted. Everything looks good as new. HIGHLY recommended.

Columbus Handyman Plumber
I used CHM in May 2017 to install 2 cabinets on the wall in my office which required building out a 4 frame from the wall. Should have been a fairly simple job for a company that does these kind of things for a living.

Paid $600 and had a $200 off coupon for 6hr of work, so paid $400 for being a 1st time customer. Fairly expensive in my opinion, most handymen I've used in the past are about $50-60hr, but I thought based on the reviews it would be worth it.

Anyway, I was there to assist to make the job go more smooth (make cuts etc). Cabinets were already put together so they just needed mounting and trim put on. After about 4hrs, only 1 cabinet was hung and while he was at lunch I managed to build the box by myself for the 2nd one. And when 6hrs was up, cabinets weren't finished and he was ready to go, but not before attempting to cut my crown molding which he botched.

Because I was unhappy that the project didn't get completed I contacted the company to get some money back, I asked for $175 and to replace the crown molding because that's about what I felt the amount of work he actually did. They did refund me $175 and attempted to replace the crown molding but failed to find a replacement even though I told them where I got it. So I said I would order it and for them to refund me for my purchase. It was $134.80 for the crown molding. After many attempts to collect they stopped taking my call. So in the end I ended up paying $360 for 3/5 of a job completed when 6hr should have easily been enough to complete the whole job to someone skilled in carpentry/handyman work. I would not use them again based on this experience.
