Our water heater was over 10 years old and began to leak. I called several companies to get quotes. John was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the tankless water heater options and going through the pricing of options. We were interested in tankless to reduce energy costs and water usage as well as the longevity of these units. They indicated that they could come the next day. Jake showed up on time and was very professional, responsive and did a great job on the installation. He was very careful about not tracking dirt or debris from the utility room to other rooms and did a great job cleaning the site when he was done. Overall, we were very pleased with the service and result. So far unit is working great!
