Our aged water heater has been limping along for some time now and would require a $400 fix, so when it gave up the ghost I called Mike (and scheduling) in late morning. They had someone out to replace it within a few hours! By dinner time we had hot water again. Our installer Garrett was friendly, knowledgeable and fast.
