Pipe issue addressed respectably, and perseverance with the water heater finally has it working again, though it took a while to get parts in. OWH is a tad on the pricey side, but you get your money's worth. Their work is professional and high-quality. Our service tech was a great guy named Chris. Any issues with tankless water heaters, OWH are def the go-to people IMO.
