Buyer BEWARE. These guys are bad news. Got their jetter stuck in the sewer main out on city of Columbus property. It happens I get it and I offered to pay to have it dug up. The owner continued to delay delay delay. Had to hire another company come dig up the majority of it while the owner of a sterling comitted to removing the rest of it. Over a year later now, part of its still in the city main ready to disrupt plumbing flow for an entire cit block. Unprofessional….recommend extreme caution with these guys!

Very professional, called to confirm the appointment, called to let me know he was en route, and then did a GREAT job once he got here. He was able to reseat my toilet and drill off a rusted faucet nut for a very reasonable price, all while taking the time to show me and explain what was needed.
