Richard was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing inspection or repair/replacement of their backflow. His consolation approach was low key, practical and with absolutely no pressure. After consulting with me, he only recommended what was appropriate and necessary. He took the time to do the work right and happily gave me plumbing tips along the way. He also gave me careful instructions on how to properly maintenain the system for winterization, saving me $ in the future from hiring someone to do that for me.
