Best Plumbing in Columbus OH
Thank you so much for coming to rescue our emergency plumbing leak. Gabriel was promp to reply and quick to come help us. We called His Grace Plumbing because he repaired another issue we had with a gas line a year ago. This time we came to our home at 6:30pm when we couldn’t find anyone. We had water pouring out of our kitchen cabinet through the ceiling, down the wall and into the basement. He saved us a lot of stress and worry as he fixed the issue with honesty, didn’t try to up charge us and was available when the big name companies expected us to have an emergency wait for two days!
Thanks so much.

Don is such a great guy! He installed new shutters, fixed a botched dishwasher installation and repaired fence and siding in about three hours for a great price. He even tolerated the obnoxious cat trying to help him.
Highly recommend!

Todd was great to find out the issue with my Geo Thermal HVAC unit at my home this morning.
He had also recommended the solution to fix the issue as well.

They did a terrific job replacing my sewer pipe and they left everything looking neat and clean. I would definite call them again for any plumbing service.

Last April my husband and I called Riteway Plumbing and hired Tim Fannon to replace our broken sump pump when we realized our partially finished basement flooded on a normal rainy day in Ohio. He left our home, went to Lowe’s and purchased a Zoeller pump (or so he said). On the receipt, he wrote 1yr warranty on parts and labor performed by him, and. 3yr pump warranty. It took us approx 4mos to get our basement back to normal. Two weeks ago, on another average rainy day in Ohio, that Zoeller pump died mid morning. Again, our basement flooded. My husband placed a call to Tim Fannon and told him what happened. He sounded remorseful and stated he would start the process of getting us a refund for the cost of the pump. Since, he has only answered our call once. The moment he heard my husband’s voice, he hung up on him. He has blocked us from every phone we’ve used to contact him with. We are absolutely sickened to think there are people out here who will take someone’s money, watch them go through the devastation of a flooded basement AGAIN, and run/hide from helping them. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS and remember his name. Coward. Scam artist. Liar.
