The man did a great job and was thorough in the way he cleaned out the tank inspected everything for proper functions. We will use and recommend this company again!

My home warranty company contacted this company to fix a leak in our shower. A tech came out, told us the faucet needed to be replaced, and said he would be back in a week with parts to fix it. That was eight weeks ago. Since then I have called this company three times directly, our warranty company has contacted them twice. I understand issues come up but I can’t even get a call back or update.

The plumber was great. But the company charges too much. For an after hours call for one hour, no replacement parts strictly labor I was charged $700.
