Thank you so much for coming to rescue our emergency plumbing leak. Gabriel was promp to reply and quick to come help us. We called His Grace Plumbing because he repaired another issue we had with a gas line a year ago. This time we came to our home at 6:30pm when we couldn’t find anyone. We had water pouring out of our kitchen cabinet through the ceiling, down the wall and into the basement. He saved us a lot of stress and worry as he fixed the issue with honesty, didn’t try to up charge us and was available when the big name companies expected us to have an emergency wait for two days!

From the initial call to schedule a service check to the check itself, I was very Pleased with the service provided. The receptionist Amber was so pleasant to talk to on the phone and was very helpful in scheduling the initial appointment. Then when Thomas Adom came out to talk to us he was very professional and knowledgeable and talked with us about what our needs were and how Stevenson could help. The second house call we received was from service techs Ernie and Lavon, they were both ready to help and answer any of my questions I had. They also showed me what they could see and explained what it was we were looking at. Through this whole experience with Stevenson I’ve learned so much, and it was so nice to have people who were honest, patient and friendly to help guide us through and help us understand our issues and what to do in the future to help avoid any problems with our unit. Jeremy and Jenny are a dynamic due. We first hired them to do some electrical work. It requires making holes in the dry way which they repaired and sanded down beautifully. Our next job was a tile job for a kitchen backsplash. Again, a beautiful job. Next we will have them redo our kitchen cupboards. We love these folks.

Extremely rude when answering and talking on the phone

We were really happy with Jesse’s work. He was able to problem solve some issues we were having with a sink drain and our toilet within minutes of arriving. He also rebuilt our front porch decking, all of this efficiently and professionally.

We highly recommend Jesse to anyone who needs a “handyman!” We have referred him to many of our friends and he has demonstrated with all of us his ability to tackle any home project that needs attention.

A plumbing came out and did a great job for me. Cary is a really polite and knowledgeable guy. I strongly recommend them.

The plumber was great. But the company charges too much. For an after hours call for one hour, no replacement parts strictly labor I was charged $700.
